"I have been with State Farm most of my life and I am almost 50 years old. I recently added my 18-year-old driver to my policy called the customer service line after hours was given a quote signed up for it. Paid my first month and was contacted over a week later and after the timeframe of me being able to turn the car over from the Agents office and told that I was given the wrong price and that my policy would actually cost me an extra hundred dollars a month! The worst part is the tone from the person that I spoke with who made sure that I understood that she had worked in the insurance industry for 20 years and that I should have known that the quote was inaccurate, because she had never seen a quote that low for an 18-year-old driver. As I stated to them, I am not an insurance expert, which is why I thought that I was relying on the true experts to provide me with the up-to-date correct information. So very unprofessional would not recommend working with them. Sadly your concern is not that I was made to feel stupid for not knowing that the quote was inaccurate. I am sure that your team was contacted Monday about updates and I should have received a call immediately."
