"About a year ago, I switched my insurance to State Farm through Zipperer. Before making the move, I specifically confirmed—multiple times—that my Ford E350 van would be eligible for coverage. Because that assurance was important to me, I triple-checked with the agent, who repeatedly confirmed there would be no issue insuring the vehicle.
Based on those representations, I moved both my E350 and Toyota Sequoia to State Farm and even transferred my homeowners insurance to take advantage of the bundled discounts.
Just days later, I was informed that State Farm could not insure my E350 after all.
That mistake set off a chain reaction of higher costs. Because the E350 was removed, I lost my multi-vehicle discount. My Sequoia insurance became more expensive, forcing me to move it to another carrier. Once that happened, I lost my multi-policy discount as well. Now, a year later, I have been notified that my homeowners insurance is increasing by nearly 50% because I am no longer considered a bundled customer.
Had I been told from the beginning that the E350 was ineligible, I never would have moved any of my policies. Instead, I relied on the assurances provided by the agency and ended up paying substantially more for auto and homeowners insurance as a direct result.
In short, I made my insurance decisions based on information that turned out to be incorrect, and I have been dealing with headache and financial consequences ever since."

"I have been with State Farm most of my life and I am almost 50 years old. I recently added my 18-year-old driver to my policy called the customer service line after hours was given a quote signed up for it. Paid my first month and was contacted over a week later and after the timeframe of me being able to turn the car over from the Agents office and told that I was given the wrong price and that my policy would actually cost me an extra hundred dollars a month!
The worst part is the tone from the person that I spoke with who made sure that I understood that she had worked in the insurance industry for 20 years and that I should have known that the quote was inaccurate, because she had never seen a quote that low for an 18-year-old driver.
As I stated to them, I am not an insurance expert, which is why I thought that I was relying on the true experts to provide me with the up-to-date correct information.

So very unprofessional would not recommend working with them.
