"I was quoted for car and homeowner's insurance. The initial quotes were acceptable and they signed me up for the car insurance while waiting for their underwriters to issue the homeowner's policy. I indicated that the car was contingent on the homeowners. I then received 2 increases to the homeowners policy where they cited errors made by their underwriting. I then cancelled the auto policy and requested a full refund due to misrepresentations made by State Farm. So I ended up wasting multiple days on this transaction due to their incompetence and just received an email showing I would receive a refund for less than half of what I was charged. All said, Victoria was a pleasure to deal with."
